BURLINGTON GATE

Strengthened by a significant technical know-how, Lema was chosen for the supply of all the custom-built wardrobes designed by MSMR Architects and JRA Architects for Native Land for the 42 apartments of Burlington Gate, amongst London’s most exclusive residential and commercial developments. In addition to the apartments, the development includes art galleries and a public space, the Arcade, that joins Old Burlington Street to Cork Street, the first to have been built in Mayfair since 1700. A turnkey project, overseen by Lema Contract, which had also worked alongside the developer in the direct management of the construction site.
