CLAYTON CITY OF LONDON
Lema Contract has designed the bespoke furnishings for the rooms of the hotel Clayton City of London, a 4-star hotel managed by the chain Maldron Hotels & Partners, situated in Aldgate, near London’s financial hub, in the heart of the East End, near the historic markets of Spitalfields, Petticoat Lane and Brick Lane.
THE DIXON HOTEL
Lema has designed the bespoke furniture for the 193 rooms, of which 10 suites, of the brand The Dixon, the hotel in the South Bank, one of London’s most cultural postcodes. Located in Tooley Street, The Dixon enjoys a strategic location a few steps away from Tower Bridge, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, the Tate Modern and the Bridge Theatre.
HOTEL ROOMERS
Lema Contract contributed to the project of the design hotel Roomers developed by Langestrasse 100 and designed by Lissoni Architettura with KHP Architekten in Baden-Baden, thermal place and city of art of international fame.
HOTEL GLANCE
Lema signed the interior design for this refined 4-star hotel, Glance, located in the heart of Florence, which re-interprets a new concept of hospitality, where comfort blends together with the essential elegance of the furnishing.
GREAT SCOTLAND YARD HOTEL
Lema Contract has furnished the 153 rooms of the exclusive 5-star hotel Great Scotland Yard in London, managed by the well-known developer Galliard Group together with Twenty Fourteen Holdings and the participation of LuLu Group.
HOTEL LUTETIA
An exclusive turnkey project supervised by Lema Contract that supplied the fittings for the 175 rooms and the Suite named after Josephine Baker of the iconic Hôtel Lutetia of Paris, which reopened in 2018 after a refurbishment that lasted over four years, having a value of over two hundred million euro.
