Lema has been chosen to furnish the “The Chilterns” residences in Marylebone, a sophisticated area in England’s capital city, characterised by architectures dating back to Georgian times and by fashion boutiques, just a few steps away from Selfridges, Baker Street and Regents Park. A charming 7-floor building, The Chilterns features 44 flats designed by Rabih Hage, whose façade was inspired by the famous “Apple Boutique”, which was launched by the Beatles in 1968 in the same area. Lema took care of the bespoke joinery packaging designing, supplying and installing the doors, kitchens, TV wall units, walk-in closets, panelling, vanities and wardrobes, specially designed and produced by Lema Contract. A prestigious project, which reflects the variety in the daily life of all Londoners in a luxurious, refined environment, through 6 different interior design schemes: Timeless, The Collector, The Voyager, The Minimalist, Neo-Heritage and Connoisseur, which Lema skilfully interpreted thanks to the expertise of Lema Contract and the synergy with the Home division.
